As sad as it is, we have not had a very positive response from Pinewood Lodge. Despite being given an assurance we would be staying in the new chalet this year, we have been told they have nothing suitable for us, in spite of the fact that the new chalet has the exact same bedding arrangement. So we have taken up the challenge and think we have found something even more special very close to Arrowtown.
Nice & quiet, sunny most of the day, away from the road in a rural setting and it looks very nice. More importantly, it was available & reasonably priced so watch this space. Plane tickets are booked so now we wait!
